AccessGrid.org
The Access Grid® is an ensemble of resources including multimedia large-format displays, presentation and
interactive environments, and interfaces to Grid middleware and to visualization environments. These resources are used to support group-to-group interactions across the Grid.
The Access Grid Retreat was held in Vancouver, BC, Canada, this year, May 28-30, 2008. Pierre Boulanger, Director of the Advanced Man-Machine Interface Laboratory at the University of Alberta, gave the keynote address.
